Emergency Contact Management


The function of One4All as an Emergency Management Centre distinguishes it from many other call centres in the region. Our work for public agencies in times of crisis is among our most important roles and one that we take very seriously. In the past, One4All has successfully stood in as an Emergency Contact Management facility for Government Departments, Councils, and the Private Sector. This includes making available both our staff and our facilities for many national and international disasters, including:

Our facilities are specifically set up to handle emergency calling and are supported by an emergency database and large scale call capability. Our large pool of staff and our relationships with Councils, Civil Defence, and other local Call Centres provide us with the support to escalate our services quickly and effectively to meet emergency management requirements.
